TEAM TRACK CANCELLED TUESDAY 11/30 - WEATHER RELATED!

Treadmill Strength Building today:

10-15 min warm up. Build the last 5 minutes.

Get off the treadmill for some light stretching and dynamic warm ups, ESPECIAllY calves, achilles and hamstrings.

To be done all at an aerobic effort today as the focus is climbing:

1/2/2/3/4/5/4/3/2/2/1

As % incline and number of minutes. So 1% @ 1min, 2% at 2 min...

Rest is 1 min at 0% incline after each interval.

Cool Down: 10 minutes @ 0% inclinde
